By accessing or using ArcCentrx's website, services, or SMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use ArcCentrx LLC's services, including participation in our SMS messaging program. By using our services or opting in to receive SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

ArcCentrx LLC provides professional recommendations and strategic guidance. We do not make business decisions on your behalf, supervise your personnel, or assume any management, operational, or fiduciary role within your business. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions, implementations, and outcomes.
ArcCentrx LLC does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional services. You must consult with your own licensed professionals for such advice.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, ROI, savings, funding approvals, audit results, or regulatory clearances from our services.
You are solely responsible for:
All materials, tools, methodologies, and content provided by ArcCentrx LLC remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment for services, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables internally for your business purposes only.
Service fees are determined based on scope of work and will be communicated prior to engagement. Payment terms are net 15 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.
We will protect your confidential information using reasonable care and use it only to provide our services. We maintain commercially reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted security.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCCENTRX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCCENTRX'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, ALL SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArcCentrx LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
These Terms remain in effect while you use our services. Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered through the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTH PARTIES WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Both parties will comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and will not engage in any bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments.
Both parties will comply with U.S. export control and sanctions laws, including OFAC and EAR/ITAR regulations.
Participation in ArcCentrx LLC's SMS messaging program is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
ArcCentrx LLC operates an SMS messaging program. Users can expect to receive messages related to ArcCentrx services, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service-related updates or informational messages relevant to user-initiated requests.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any ArcCentrx SMS message. We will send a confirmation after your opt-out request is processed. If you later want to receive messages again, you may opt in again through an available ArcCentrx signup method.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for assistance or contact us at info@arccentrx.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. You will receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your interaction and requests. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

ArcCentrx LLC complies with all applicable SMS/MMS industry standards, including CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements for commercial messaging programs.
By opting in to receive text messages, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
